I read the only positive review on this juicer and am glad I trusted it. This juicer is efficient, easy to clean, and makes a good amount of juice for the the amount of produce you put in. I used to work in a juice bar, and can say that this model does the job. I will say that it helps to prep the fruit into chunks that aren't so big you have to force them in, but not so small that they'll bounce off the blades and not get juiced.
I think the people who had trouble with this cheap and decent juicer should go back to making smoothies in their garbage disposals;-)
