I failed to find anything in "reconditioned" condition inside the box. The blade was new and sealed. The plastic parts didn't even have a single scratch or a use mark.

The juicer is fantastic in what it does. Has increased our consumption of fruits and veggies 5 fold. We use it 2-3 times a week and have not found anything to complain about yet.

The recipe book that comes with has some exciting combinations of juices etc.

NOTE: From experience, clean the juicer IMMEDIATELY after use, this takes 2-3 minutes which can turn into 10-15 minutes if you wait longer. The brush provided with the juicer is the best bet for cleaning the blade.
